Hanna K. plot
Hannah Kaufman, American and Jewish, is a successful lawyer in Jerusalem. She is in an affair with prosecutor Josue Herzog, although she is not yet divorced from her French husband who resides in Europe. Idealistic Hannah begins to question her faith and ideals when she falls in love with one of her clients, Selim Bakri, a Palestinian accused of terrorism.
