"The most impure tale ever told..."

Paris in the eighteenth century. The search for her missing sister leads a beauty to the equally seductive and dangerous universe of the infamous Marquis de Sade. De Sade is imprisoned for his crimes, but soon he holds his beautiful visitor morally imprisoned, for she must help him finish his book or she will never learn of her sister's fate. It becomes a struggle between will and eloquence as the Marquis tries to convert her to his perverted philosophy.
