Matrimonio all'Italiana plot
Domenico (Mastroianni) is a successful businessman with an eye for women. He begins an affair with 17-year-old Filumena (Loren), a hooker who becomes Domenico's mistress. He gives her shelter and work. But what Domenico doesn't know is that she secretly has three children raised by a babysitter. When Domenico plans to marry a young co-worker, Filumena pretends to be dying. He cancels the wedding. Filumena tells about the three children and that one of them is his, but does not want to say which one.
