Family of Cops plot
Father Paul and sons Ben and Eddie Fein all belong to the same police force and daughter Kate makes a living as a lawyer. Only the youngest offspring, Jackie, left the nest and sought her happiness in California, away from father's authority and bourgeoisie. Since her departure, she has only had contact with her brother Eddie, who manages to persuade her to return home especially for Dad's birthday party. However, the party is disrupted when Jackie becomes involved in a murder.
