The Last Chase plot
"The oil finally ran out... and somewhere in the future, the chase has begun."
The future: Evil fascists require everyone to recycle and drive electric cars. Former racing driver Franklyn Hart has had enough and drives across the country in a gasoline-powered car. Captain JG Williams is called in by the authorities to stop Hart.
