"The First Picture Ever Done in "Rhythmic Dialogue!""
A happy bum during the Great Depression, Bumper lives in New York's Central Park. When beautiful June, the mayor's mistress, attempts suicide by jumping into a lake, she is rescued by Bumper. Bumper and June, now suffering from amnesia, fall in love and Bumper decides to give up his homeless life and take a house and a job. Then, however, the mayor comes along and tells him that he longs for June.
