Drink and loneliness wrecked detective Mickey Hayden (Kiefer Sutherland) is hired by his boss, John Hatter, to reopen the case that marked his downfall ten years ago. Jabberwocky, an arrogant and sinister serial killer, strikes again. His overconfident trademark is leaving a note on the victim, challenging Hayden to track him down again.
