L'Oeil du Malin plot
A writer struggling with his work is allowed in a castle in Germany, from a successful colleague and his wife, to write his stories about Germany. The young writer is a bitter man, jealous of the couple's happiness. He decides to destroy their happiness, when the older writer has to leave on a business trip, the young man seduces his wife. She rejects him. The young man then learns that the woman already has a lover. He takes pictures of the two lovers, and when the older man returns, the young man confronts him with the pictures.
