The Hive plot

When chaos breaks out at Camp Yellow Jacket, Adam wakes up in a boarded-up cabin with no idea who or where he is. The only clues to what's happening are the notes he's scribbled on the wall and the troubling physical transformation he'll have to overcome. The only memories he has are not his own, but they may be the key to survival.

Well, I thought The Hive was a pleasant surprise among all those disgusting, handycam products that have been making my eyes itch and my head dizzy over the past two weeks (it's really unbelievable how much junk is being made! - I would put these products in a protected area). youplub channel for masochists).

Main character Gabriel Basso is a keeper and comes across very convincing as Adam. The entire setting, choreography and effects are remarkable and captivating. The framework is simple, the viewer has to see for themselves how the story ends. I am now hungry for the sixth season of The Walking Dead again, partly because Fear The Walking Dead is still far from getting going after six episodes (but it is promising). Because that's the only place where your mouth waters when another zombie comes into view...

Messy is the word.
A project co-produced by house DJ Steve Aoki. The only reason I looked this up was because it was directed by Yarovesky, who pleasantly surprised me with Brightburn. The experimental content here is seriously higher. The entire story is told as a series of chaotic memories in which everything has to be pieced together. A plane crashreleases a virus that mentally connects everyone who comes into contact with it. . It's actually a bit of a modern take on Invasion of the Bodysnatchers. Having said that, I thought it was a very tame horror with (too) much of the same, but with clever makeup effects and colorful visuals that powerfully support the bizarre story. Just a 2.5*

Half off after revision, but it remains a wonderfully energetic debut from director David Yarovesky. An original concept is mysteriously developed and benefits from above-average acting. The visual style should also be mentioned, with the use of color and practical effects specifically impressing. Of course, The Hive does not have an endless budget and that becomes clear when the film uses the computer, but otherwise it was without a doubt very enjoyable. In terms of content, it could certainly have been less hectic and put together more intelligently, but at least I was able to continue following it without difficulty. The brilliant ending still deserves bonus points.
