Like other movies from Steven Seagal's DTV era, this one is on the mediocre side. This DVD is also simple, but there could have been more in it. It is a pity that the action is always very short. The only really cool fight is the Chinese who could actually run against the walls. Unfortunately, there are hordes of other Chinese actors who should be banned from acting. The tattoo part looks nice, but is very poorly developed.

Apparently he had seen him before, but that didn't spoil the fun. I found it all entertaining. Acting was nothing on all fronts, but that's not what I watch these kinds of movies for. The fighting looked brutal. A lot of opponents flew through the air again and the sound effects when someone broke an arm again remains funny. It also had something that it took place in different countries. Furthermore, you should not think too much about the script etc. Just nice and simple entertainment, after all I watch a Seagal movie for that!
