Sweden, February 1986: Young police officer Roger Nyman is on the trail of an internationally operating hit man who plans to kill Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme. As the hit man continues to work out his plans, Roger finds out that he is getting little support from his colleagues. Do people just not believe him, or is there something else going on?
