"Which one of you will go to hell?"
After successfully banning corruption from his police unit, Huang is rewarded with a transfer to the Foreign Office and gets a job where he doesn't have to do anything. Until a series of seemingly unrelated murders are committed. The coroner soon discovers a link between the three victims, as all three of them have something growing in their brains. The local police appear to be incapable of solving this case. That's why FBI agent Kevin Huang comes to assist. Descending into the Taiwanese underworld, they come across an ancient cult in search of eternal life.
