The Tigger Movie plot
As the overactive, ever-happy Tigger bounces through the woods, he deals damage everywhere. He asks all his friends to come bouncing with them, but the others are too busy and can't bounce. Tigger is therefore the only one of its kind. That's nice, but if you don't have anyone to bounce with, it can get lonely sometimes. Could there be more Tiggers in the forest? Tigger is determined to find his family.

Mediocre.
Especially compared to the recent Pooh movie. Anyway, I think Tigger is one of the less fun characters. Too busy, especially when an entire movie is devoted to him. As a result, the fun characters, Pooh in front, are pushed back a bit.
While the genius voice acting of Pooh, Piglet and Eeyore remains, the narrator is also a bit less in this film. Another "good" video. Very stylish, certainly not ugly, but I like the somewhat free approach of the newer film. Also a bit more dramatic and moralistic, especially the combination ensures that the end of the film is actually not so much fun anymore.
There are still quite a few moments in it, but it is limited to some dry comments and special incidents. Overall a bit less interesting and less creative. Still occasionally can enjoy the fine drawing style, some beautiful animation and the great voice acting.

Mediocre, especially since Tigger isn't really a figure to wear a movie. Nice for a minute and as a secondary character, but a whole movie is not really very exciting. Anyway, some nice moments further and visually quite attractive, like most of Pooh's films by the way. And the voice work is also good. 2.0*.
