Brilliant Marriage plot
Journalist Garry Dane attempts to write a report about Madge Allison, the only child of an immensely wealthy family. However, he is turned away when he wants to attend a private party attended by the rich but boring heir Richard G. Taylor III, who wishes to marry Madge. When the mysterious Yvette Duval suddenly appears at the end of the evening and reveals a long-kept secret, it changes Madge's sheltered life, and she seeks help from Garry, the journalist she initially turned down.
