Enjoyed it thoroughly.
A film that goes in just about every direction and plays into it cleverly. Tsutsumi has been an established name for years, so it is nice to see him return to his wilder years. And he clearly hasn't lost his touch, although you do have to be in the mood for this kind of nonsense.
A film that doesn't rely on the budget, but rather on the creativity with which a lot of cases are resolved. The storyline surrounding the murders is actually just an afterthought; it is more of a parody of all those serious serial killer series and films that are so well-received these days. But above all, very (very) Japanese. Bring on that hinted sequel!
