Are You a Man plot

Marko lives with his mother and has grown up without a father since his parents divorced. One evening, they are visited by a neighbor and her drunken husband. The man mocks the boy's love of mathematics and questions his masculinity. He proposes a real test of courage: he asks him to carry a lighter to the iron staircase under the bridge, after which they will check together whether Marko has completed the task.
