Todo Parecía Posible plot

Luis Muñoz Marín was the first democratically elected governor of Puerto Rico. As a young socialist, he started a campaign to develop the people and give them a new vision of the country through film. This was the assignment for the film department of the Population Education Service. In Todo Parecía Posible, Ramón Rivera Moret thinks back sympathetically to the first years of the service and tells personal stories about his family.
