Like Daedalus, Icarus, and countless others before him, Kadir dreams of flying. He spends his days in the kitchen with his wife Azize, preparing the meatballs he sells in the evenings from his popular street kiosk. But Kadir spends every free moment listening to podcasts, chatting with friends, or searching his phone for more knowledge about soaring above the Earth. But when Kadir’s personal ambitions conflict with his responsibilities at home, it becomes clear that he has little control over either.
