Umi no Chinmoku plot

During an exhibition of world-famous painter Shuzo Tamura, it is discovered that one of the works on display is a fake. As this news spreads by the day, a woman's dead body is found. Ryuji Tsuyama, once known as a genius painter, has ties to both incidents. His former lover Anna Tamura, now married to Shuzo, is then reunited with him. She also meets a mysterious troubleshooter, an art expert, a tattooed woman and a barmaid who has a crush on Ryuji.
