Gravedigger Jones and Coffin Ed Johnson are two cops with a reputation for having two pairs of hard hands. They are annoyed by the success of Reverend Deke O'Mailey, who sells the blacks trips to Africa so that they can visit their homeland. However, when O'Maily is ambushed, Gravedigger and Coffin turn all of Harlem upside down to recover the money.
