The Senior plot

"Based on a True Story"

It’s been over thirty years since Mike Flynt was cut from his college football team for an altercation. Now, at 59 years old and still carrying that burden, Mike decides to go back to school. He wants to earn his degree and try to make the team to make up for his past. In doing so, Mike hopes to prove to his family, former teammates, and himself that it’s never too late to chase your dreams.

wonderful film, this one is right up my alley.

This is one of those films with a bit of a "trial and error" story, like many others.

The fact that this is based on a true story makes it even better.

Don't forget to watch the authentic footage during the credits – it's really nice and beautiful to see.

all in all definitely worth 3.5 to 4*
