In an abandoned hospital, a group of people gather to try to communicate with the souls of their loved ones who have passed away. Among them is a grieving woman and the sister of a nurse who paid two Tao priests to do this. However, these people discover that they are being followed by ominous supernatural phenomena.

The hospital looks atmospheric and gruesome, but director Chu Chia-lin works so chaotically and messily that the viewer barely has a second to enjoy it. From the very first minutes, Hospital overwhelms you with all kinds of screams, annoying characters, hordes of ghosts and completely confusing imagery. There is no control over either the lighting or the cinematography and the content jumps in all directions. It seems as if the makers wanted to take a little of the pot from all kinds of influences, but mainly create a lack of overview and effective horror. Hospital really makes no sense at all, but nevertheless puts so much emphasis on the drama that it even goes beyond unintended hilarity. Impossible to get through and therefore quickly forgotten.
