The Magic of Lemon Drops plot
Lolly Blanchard has come to the conclusion that her life has not turned out the way she wanted it to. Lolly has always dreamed of opening her own restaurant with her own creations, but Marty (her father) will not let her change anything about the diner's menu. Lolly's maternal aunt Gert, who has always had a vivid imagination, watches from the sidelines and decides it is time to give Lolly a chance to see what her life could have been and what it could become. She has four magic lemon drops, one of which Lolly has to eat before going to sleep and mentioning one thing in her life that she would rather not have wanted. The next day she lives out that alternate life with all her memories before waking up the next day and returning to her current life.
