Up the River plot

Roy takes his grandfather Benjamin up the river to visit his lost brother Hugo. Although Roy is aware that his grandfather's memory is starting to fail him, it is only when they are in the boat that he realises how far his dementia has progressed and that this is no ordinary boat trip upstream.
