Graphic and brutal horror film from the hands of director Scott Chambers, who has mainly acted and produced in the past. He conjures up an unexpectedly dark film on the big screen, with a strikingly large focus on explicit bloodshed. The content, on the other hand, is extremely predictable and also not very interesting, especially because the main characters do not have the greatest acting talent. As a viewer, you are therefore forced to wait until the makers come up with severed limbs and strange antagonists. In that respect, you are also guaranteed effective horror work.

No, a bit disappointing unfortunately. Some gore and a few scares, this film has nothing more to offer.

Peter Pan is the umpteenth in a series of Disney characters that get a horror movie. But apparently not really a character that lends himself to it. Or not enough is done with it, that could also be the problem. In the end it is now not much more than crazy man kidnaps children and murders a bit randomly.

There's not much to laugh about either, until the late entrance of Captain Hook, a rare highlight.

For funny slashers I'll watch Terrifier. Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare is basically nothing on all levels.

I find it disappointing. At times, it's even very boring... and there are long stretches where nothing happens... the middle section is especially dull. The ending isn't too bad, but we're talking about 5 to 10 minutes... no... I've seen better slashers... not a good film for us!
