The Visual Bible: Acts plot
Luke tells the story of Jesus' ascension to heaven after 40 days, with Judas being replaced by Matthias. After the coming of the Holy Spirit in Jerusalem, the disciples preach the gospel with courage and fruitfulness, despite increasing persecution in Judea and Samaria. Saul converted to the faith after an encounter with Christ on the road to Damascus and became Paul, who went on to spread the gospel and establish churches throughout the Roman world, including Rome.
