When Coos was smoking weed with his friends on the edge of a canal 25 years ago - when he was 13 - he passed out and came to a moment later with a coke bottle in his ass. Joking from his friends. The incident marks his life, because it continues to haunt him for years. Why did his friends do that? Coos, now 38, wants to be able to turn this dark page in his history and he does so by confronting his friends from the past with his pain.

Coos is not a sweetheart. Not before the incident, not even after. Of course the incident influences his later choices, although it is also in his nature. That means he doesn't immediately have the favorability factor when you watch a documentary. But when you digest the facts and hear the reactions of some people, you feel the lonely battle he has fought and is still fighting. And that is a form of injustice that will gnaw at you.
You see the insecurity in his body, everything is on edge, he has dealt with his trauma but it has not yet been resolved. The documentary itself is not technically uplifting, but the story is intriguing. The story ends on a bitter-sweet note. Loved by the important people around him, but still lonely and abandoned by the people of that time.
