Ryo Saeba, who loves women, works as a private detective in Tokyo and fights crime. Through his elite skills and cold attitude, Ryo manages to fulfill every request he receives from a customer. After his partner Hideyuki Makimura is murdered, Ryo begins working with his sister Kaori. They form a new team to find out the truth behind his death.

A weak action comedy. The story is quite well-conceived, but not very clever. The execution isn't particularly strong. On the one hand, there's fairly hard-hitting action, and on the other, a very childish sense of humor, a bit of underpants humor. This mix is incomprehensible. The action scenes are decent, but not memorable or particularly spectacular. The humor, as mentioned, is a major drawback and very distracting. Visually, the film is decent. 2.0
