Vermist Kind plot

Fourteen-year-old Wolfie does not feel at home in his parents' hunting world. Yet he receives a hunting rifle as a present for his birthday. When he witnesses an animal being killed for the first time in the forest, Wolfie begins to see his parents as monsters. The desire to flee arises in him. But where to go, and is he better off with this?
