When GH, a wealthy Brazilian sculptor, one day finds a cockroach in her maid's closet, she comes into contact with unknown aspects of her being. This breakdown, a kind of madness and a passion in a religious sense in one, forces her to expose herself. It destroys her and gives her a different view on life.
