La Vierge à l'Enfant plot

Avesta, a Kurdish Yazidi, arrives in Brussels after escaping from the hands of the Islamic State in Iraq. All she wants is to take revenge on the man who kept her there as a slave. Between a frantic search for justice, which confronts her with the suffering she has endured, and the obligation of being the mother of an unwanted child, Avesta tries to make her voice heard at all costs.
