Operating in a small town, Sheriff Hudson is secretly a serial killer. During a stormy night on Christmas Eve, she is visited by a mysterious woman who tells her four bizarre stories. The first is about a little boy who has a terrifying encounter with the local ice cream truck. In the second story, a young woman takes a job as a sex operator, but a certain caller has other intentions. The third is about two women who discover the strange reality behind the town where they are trapped. And the final story follows a man who makes a promise with terrifying consequences.
