Mia Hansen-Love was barely 22 years old when she made this. Presumably a student job. Doesn't mean much. An observing camera in the park. Some people playing football, some kites. That's it. No static camera, black and white, no dialogue or voice, just ambient noise. Done with it. Barely three minutes, not enough to draw any conclusions.
