The Island plot
Years ago, unable to cope with the tragic death of their newborn, Mark left the woman he loved and the island where he grew up. Now, seven years later, Mark has built a successful career with the LAPD. When his mother tells him that another tragic death has occurred on the island, Mark returns home. After his younger brother's funeral, Mark wants to find out who is responsible for the murder. Much has changed since he left and soon Mark spends his days and nights fighting local gang members and professional hitmen hired to silence his attempts for good.

Mediocre action movie. The story is simple and appropriate for the genre. The elaboration is not even very bad for a B-action movie. The structure is nice and they follow the paths of well-known '80s classics. Not great, but as I said it's not a real dredger. The action scenes are decent, but nothing great or spectacular. The acting is also good for a B-movie. 2.0/2.5
