"Whoever is not with me, is against me."
The arrogant and egotistical Pancho Reyes is a senior manager in the main factory of a textile company in Mexico City, where he oversees several workers. He is feared but disrespected by his subordinates. After the death of his grandfather, a miner, Pancho travels to his hometown with his wife and children. There, chaos ensues with his relatives over the inheritance.
