The most powerful Mexican television network TV MX reveals Governor Carmelo Vargas' involvement in crimes and other illegal affairs. Concerned about his political career, the governor decides to clean up his image and makes a secret agreement with the owners of the television station. And so a TV campaign changes the public image of the corrupt governor into that of a political star.
