Union Maids plot

This documentary looks back at the workers and their revolt against the employers in the American depression of the 1930s. Workers formed unions, in which men of different races and women were also part of the movement. In interviews, three of these women talk about their work in the union and also give their views on what the unions have achieved and on the current state of unions.
