Madame Luna plot

An Eritrean refugee stranded in Libya where she works herself up as the notorious human smuggler Mama Luna. She forges deep ties with the Italian mafia. When she has to flee to Italy, she finds herself in the same boat as those she exploited herself. Afraid to be exposed and to avoid punishment, she creates a bond with an equal soul.
