Salvatore: Shoemaker of Dreams plot
In the early 1900s, impoverished Italian teenager Salvatore Ferragamo sailed from Naples to America in search of a better life. He settled in Southern California and became Hollywood's favorite cobbler during the silent era. In 1927 he returned to Italy and founded his eponymous luxury brand in Florence. This documentary tells about Ferragamo's adventures.
