Das Wunder von Kapstadt plot

The young doctor Lisa wants to break through as a surgeon in a male-dominated field. She travels to Cape Town, South Africa, where she meets the charismatic gardener Hamilton. She wants him to assist her in a difficult operation, but because of the segregation, the black man is not allowed to practice the profession. Lisa is looking for a new way to break that racist rule.
