Un Homme Heureux plot
As Jean campaigns for re-election as the conservative mayor of a small town in the north of France, Edith, his wife of 40 years, tells him a secret she can no longer suppress: at heart she is a man - and she has always been. At first Jean thinks she's joking, but he soon understands Edith's determination to see her change through to the end. Both his marriage and his campaign are in jeopardy.
