Smoking Club 129 Normas plot

"Nah. I see no problems through this haze."

Oscar is a man in his late 40s who has a midlife crisis. He decides to give up his job as a civil servant and also leaves his girlfriend. Together with a friend from university, Danny the lawyer, Oscar starts a club for cannabis smokers. The most important rule is that the club is a space of freedom, a place where you can hide from the outside world and be yourself. Since the rule is somewhat ambiguous, the members must include an additional 128 rules for the club to run smoothly. Oscar's dream begins to fall apart and lose meaning for him when three kilograms of weed disappear that wasn't supposed to be there at first.
