"Start your holidays on a high note."
A musical version of Charles Dickens' classic Christmas story. Ebenezer Scrooge is a miserly misanthrope who is only interested in money, acts heartless and does not practice generosity. One evening he is visited by a ghost. This confronts Scrooge with the past, present and future to show him how he has become so miserable and lonely. This forces Scrooge to rethink his attitude to life.

If there are 2 things I hate, it's musicals and Christmas movies. This is both. Too bad because I was looking forward to a nice laugh with Will Ferrell, instead it's a big annoyance.

First Christmas movie I see this year. And unfortunately not the most memorable. It's A Christmas Carol Part II The musical. Which means exactly the same story but with a small twist.
It has become a somewhat unbalanced musical. On the one hand it is a mediocre comedy and on the other hand the death of Reynolds, his sister and love of Ferrell, must also give it a dramatic and romantic side. None of this works and the songs are mediocre and poorly sung.
