This isn't horror or drama. Well, thriller. Not a bad one by the way. Much tension. Nice video.

Not an interesting film. The story actually makes no sense at all and is full of illogic and plot holes. The effect is moderate. Power manages to create some tension, but that is considerably ruined by the progression of the story and coincidences. The first part goes just fine, but halfway through it literally and figuratively gets out of hand and then the fun ends completely. The bad acting doesn't really help either. Weak work. 1.5/2.0

Fine.

Quite an entertaining snack that makes me raise my eyebrows that it has been brought in by Disney+. Anyway, every service seems to be making more of an effort to attract some weirder films these days. Not that this film deviates that much from the norm, but I wouldn't expect it to be on Disney anytime soon.

In any case, a beautifully chosen setting. Beautiful cinematography to beautifully bring out the snowy environment. I was really pleased with the colors and general tone of the film, a style that is never really lost sight of. It also takes a while before the film reveals itself, so until then you are guaranteed some nice mysterious entertainment.

The acting of the cast is good, although I thought the characters individually had too little face. It's also a bit of a shame that once it is clear which direction the film wants to take, it turns out to be a fairly rehashed path. Fortunately, this is enhanced with some strikingly crude scenes in the field of horror. Not that there's any blood splashing around, but there are some ouch bits to be seen here.

It is reasonable entertainment that remains unpredictable just long enough not to fall apart. Some unfortunate choices with the narrative and a little too little face, so that the psychological tension cannot really release properly, but on the other hand, fun entertainment with some strong style choices. The finale and beginning have some beautiful images. It's great that the director has put his money where his mouth is.
