Megalodon Rising plot
"Too big to fail."
A fleet of American warships encounters a Chinese woman in the ocean, whose ship has sunk after an attack. Behind the act is the greatest predator of the sea: a megalodon. The woman explains that her people were conducting an experiment with the sharks, which turned out wrong. Surrounded by several large sharks, the army tries to fight an impossible battle.

Just like in the first one, a lot of talking interrupted by a brief shot of the Megalodons, but a whole lot more entertaining in terms of story. The visuals remain terrible, though they are passable by the end of the film. It is also quite handy that the Chinese survivor speaks such fluent English. 
I certainly found it slightly better than the predecessor, although they apparently think very differently about that on IMDb.
