Outbreak: The Virus That Shook the World plot

This documentary charts the early stages of the coronavirus and how it is spreading from the capital of Hubei province. The film features undercover footage of medical professionals who witnessed the first cases of the virus, which was secretly filmed by a citizen journalist. The medics in Wuhan, China, were told to keep quiet about the virus outbreak. There is also an interview with Dr. Yin-Ching Chuang of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Treatment Network in Taiwan. He competed to get himself and his team to Wuhan to find out if there was human-to-human transmission, something the Chinese authorities had denied.
