Tillie Wakes Up plot

Tillie Tinklepaw and Mr. Pipkins are neighbors. They have in common that they are bullied and oppressed by their partners. When his wife is away from home one day, Pipkin decides to usurp her savings. Since Tillie's husband is not at home at the time, the two decide to enjoy the fact that they are temporarily freed from their marital yoke. They head to Coney Island to celebrate.
