Olivia is a single mother who would do anything for her teenage daughter Annelle. To pay for much-needed heart surgery for her daughter, she starts working in a call center. When she bumps into a 10-year-old girl in the toilets at night, her life takes a strange turn. The power starts to go out regularly, the girl's voice pops up during phone calls and that's just the beginning of the nightmare.
