Life of an American Fireman plot
Firefighters respond to a fire in a house and leave the station with their horse-drawn pump truck. Once on the scene, a firefighter smashes a window of the house in order to rescue a woman from the house. The woman tells him that her child is still sleeping in the burning bedroom and after a few dangerous moments the child is also rescued.
