Alpine Climbers plot
Donald, Mickey and Pluto climb the Alps. Each of them gets into trouble: Donald gets into a fight with a mountain goat, Mickey with an eagle, and Pluto drinks a St. Bernard's potion.

Alpine Climbers does what the title suggests: Mickey Mouse and his companions (here consisting of Donald Duck and Pluto) decide to climb a mountain. Mickey wants eggs from an eagle, Donald is looking for Edelweiss and Pluto befriends a St. Bernard. A somewhat inferior short that - as is often the case with those old Disney cartoons - is saved by a great Donald Duck who gets into a fight with a mountain goat. First he gets into trouble with the little one and then with the daddy.. And all in that typical Donald Duck style. It remains a wonderful character, that duck.
